Rivers North Fishing Report

Shoot straight!

November 15th, 2011

The first measurable snow fall has happened here in the Upper Peninsula, much has melted at this point but some areas still have descent amounts on the ground.  Some rain was also present with this snow storm which brought stream levels up a fair amount.  Some rivers are back to running clear while others remain quite stained.  Steelhead are available and Lake Run Brown Trout have been a bit more active now that their spawning is all wrapped up.  Some remarkable numbers of first year return Steelhead have been seen, a wonderful sign for the future!  Good luck to all da Buck hunters out der-a fun time of the year here in the great north!

Save a Life, release a Steel!
