U.P. Fishing Report
September 18th, 2026Starting to feel like Autumn across the Upper Peninsula, crisp mornings and a few colors on the trees in the forest. This is a great time to visit, this time of the year we fish some beautiful streams and find some remarkable fish.
Recently we have been targeting a variety of different species across our region. Brook Trout fishing still remains good as they are very active leading into their spawning period. Also the Smalmouth Bass fishing has been very good, fish have transistioned to subsurface feeding pretty heavily on baitfish & some crawfish. Salmon numbers are pretty low, they will improve soon. We are hoping for some rain as rivers levels are low.
There are available dates from now through the end of our fishing season. If you’re looking to get out please contact us, lots of great fishing ahead of us!
