Rivers North Fishing Report

Come fish the U.P.!

May 24th, 2022

Some beautiful days recently here across the upper peninsula! it’s a beautiful time of the year to be fishing here, many different options for the Angler currently. River levels are mostly high right now, we have had very regular rains which has caused higher than normal water levels. looking at the weeklong forecast it appears we are supposed to get even more rain, which is not very ideal for this time of the year for trout fishing. some pretty good dry fly fishing opportunities have been available, a variety of insects including blue winged olives & Caddis have been bringing some nice trout to the surface. Some steelhead are also available, it’s been a wonderful spring run of fish. Walleye and pike fishing has also been productive, ideal water temperatures has made for some productive days. Congrats to all our recent guests, thank you very much for your support!
