Rivers North Fishing Report

Colder days ahead

September 29th, 2015

A slow start to Fall is about to change as cooler weather is here in the Upper Peninsula.  We have been under summer like weather nearly all of September & now temps are supposed to hang in the 50’s which is more seasonable.  Salmon & Steelhead migrations have been on trickle charge so far w the high sun/warm temps.  Salmon are available most everywhere, but not in any heavy concentrations.  A few Steelhead are present, more of a bonus fish at this point of the game for the most part.  Covering water & hitting all the likely zones is how they find the net.
