September 10th, 2012Water temps are on the cool down & a seasons change is pretty much upon us as i type.  Nice crisp mornings & some frequent rains have the north woods settling into fall.  Daytime temps have still be in the 60’s & 70’s, but nighttime temps have been dropping into the low 40’s.  The warm water fish have been interested in one thing as of lately, MEAT!  Some aggressive takes have been bone chilling & left us downright speechless.  Some Salmon are also available now and numbers should continue to increase if the rain & cool weather persist.  Mucho congrats to Jeff on a great Musky that ate the fly about 5 feet from his rod tip-way to go!
