Rivers North Fishing Report

Summer fading

September 8th, 2013

Summer is slowly fading into fall here in the Upper Peninsula as our daylight hours are starting to become noticeably shorter on a daily basis. A small amount of Pacific Salmon have begun to migrate into rivers across the area which is fairly normal for this time of the season.  Water temps have been dropping with the cold nights and some rivers are rather high still from recent rains.  Some diesel sized Smallmouth this past week were active, the largest fish of the season greeted our guests.
