Some really weird weather patterns going on U.P. here this autumn.  One week temps in the 50’s then the next in the 80’s. I’ve always thought of September as another month of summer, no need to rush into winter in my opinion!  The weather has been conducive to many different types of fishing, so why not mix  it up? Congrats to our guests on some awesome fish this past week or so!

Burr, fast forward to fall fishing it seems like here in the Upper Peninsula!  Kinda the trend of our summer with the cool temps and now it is continuing into September.  Our cooler summer has had Trout fishing going strong with some fantastic terrestrial opps. Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Muskie fishing has been slow some days then very strong on others. Fish are  definitely starting to react to our cooking water trend.
